Terms of service

Draft of October 25, 2026

Draft. These terms are being finalized and aren't in effect yet. Highlighted items are still to be filled in.

These terms are an agreement between you and [Ordino's legal name] ("Ordino", "we", "us") for use of getordino.com and the Ordino Decision Center (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business's behalf and confirm you're authorized to.

1. What Ordino does

Ordino watches your business's bank and card accounts, accounting data, documents and connected email, and tells you what needs your attention: cash flow gaps, renewals and subscriptions, which card to use, and idle cash. It drafts reminders and other messages, and checks that what you approved actually happened. Features include the Decision Center, the Weekly Brief, Ordino Brain, the Document Vault, and, on the Operator plan, text messaging.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and use the service for a business based in the United States [or Canada?].

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account, including by people you invite to your business. Tell us right away at [support email] if you think someone has accessed it without permission.

4. Plans, billing and cancelling

5. Text messages

Texting is available on the Operator plan and is optional. By turning it on, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Ordino, including verification codes, findings, requests for your decision, and links to the Decision Center. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Full details are in the text message terms.

6. Not financial advice

Ordino gives information and suggestions to help you run your business. It isn't financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it doesn't replace your accountant, bookkeeper or other advisers. You make every decision.

7. Actions Ordino takes

Ordino doesn't move money. Messages Ordino drafts, such as payment reminders, are sent only when you approve them, unless you choose in Settings to let Ordino send certain kinds of messages on its own after a waiting period. You're responsible for the messages sent from your business and for reviewing drafts before you approve them.

8. AI features and consent

Some features use AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic to read documents, answer questions and draft messages. AI can make mistakes, so check anything important before relying on it. You can turn individual AI features on or off in Settings. Don't put passwords or full account numbers into messages or questions.

9. Connected services

The service connects to third parties you choose, including Plaid, your accounting software, Google and Microsoft. Your use of them is also governed by their terms. We're not responsible for their availability or accuracy. Our privacy policy explains what each receives.

10. Your data

Your business's data belongs to you. You let us process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it at any time, on any plan.

11. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to send messages you aren't allowed to send, to access accounts you aren't authorized to access, or to probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt our systems. Don't give false information about yourself or your business.

12. Suspending or ending the service

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. You can close your account anytime in Settings, under Account. Your data is permanently deleted 30 days after you close it.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its forecasts and suggestions will be accurate.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ordino isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in [county] County, California.

16. Changes

When we make a material change to these terms, we'll email you and show a notice in the Decision Center at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

17. Contact
